How does it work

  1. A back office employee creates delivery assignments. The assignment might be created to a dedicated courier or for in-pool execution. Assignments might be imported to the platform in bulk.

  2. A courier receives a push notification and downloads a delivery task to the smartphone. In case of in-pool assignment, the first courier picks up the task; the one will execute it. 

  3. The courier arrives at the warehouse site to receive a parcel for delivery. To verify the parcel, the courier scans the barcode and take a photo of the box to confirm the condition of the package.

  4. The courier drives to the delivery address. The system tracks the location of the smartphone according to predefined accuracy. If GEO fencing is active, the system ensures arrival of the courier to the assigned delivery address.

  5. The courier follows the step-by-step guidance of the mobile application as he arrives at the delivery location. To verify the parcel, the courier scans the barcode and take a photo to validate the package condition. To confirm COD, he enters the received amount and takes a photo of the recipient’s ID. If the recipient is absent, the courier tries to contact him by phone and to reschedule the delivery time, recording details in the application.

  6. The courier drives back to handover the received cash. In case of the unsuccessful delivery, he returns the parcel to the warehouse. To confirm the parcel and the package condition, he scans the barcode and takes the photo of the box.

  7. Delivery reports are available through WEB access. Existing office systems and BI might be integrated into the platform by API.
